Run For Her April Meet-up ❤️
A relaxed, supportive, women-only run designed to bring women together through movement, community, and connection ✨
This is a run-for-an-hour format, but with complete flexibility:
* You’ll run out for up to 30 minutes, then turn around and come back the same way
* Run at your own pace and as far as feels right for you
* The route is a straight out-and-back, so no one gets left behind
Whether you’re a first-time runner or a seasoned runner looking for community, all abilities and paces are welcome 🫶🏻
After the run, we’ll regroup back at the café for a social catch-up, coffee/tea, and treats ☕️🥐
