Here are some photos from our January monthly gathering with Natasha Fullerton-The SHE Coach.
Natasha opened the session with an insightful introduction to Ayurveda, sharing practical wisdom and simple daily routines to support balance and wellbeing.
After a short break, we moved into nourishing Abhyanga (self-massage) to calm the nervous system, followed by a grounding yoga practice designed to harmonise body, breath and energy.
