Arriving at our cosy holiday cottage yesterday, taking a deep breath, grounding into the energy of a new space… and then noticing the time… 18:18 🤍

For me, this is always a powerful reminder that I’m exactly where I’m meant to be. Angel numbers, alignment, and the universe gently whispering “you’re on the right path.”

Mindful Monday

Today’s reminder comes from a slightly different space… surrounded by suitcases, lists, and the gentle chaos of packing for a short family break.

As I’ve been preparing to step away for a few days, I’ve been reminded how important it is to pause, reset, and create space not just physically, but energetically too. Just like we carefully choose what to pack, we can also choose what energy we carry with us.

Today I’ve been holding onto calming crystals like amethyst for balance, and rose quartz for connection, little anchors of peace amidst the busyness. Even in the rush, there’s always a moment to breathe, ground, and return to yourself.

So this evening, wherever you are:

- Take a mindful pause
- Release what you don’t need to carry
- Set an intention for how you want to feel this week

I’ll be taking this time to recharge, reconnect, and come back refreshed ready to share more healing energy with you all 💖

Just look at these two wee beauties and breathtaking scenery. Scotland really is bonnie, and I never tire of exploring it 💚

So grounding being out in nature fresh air, quiet hills, and the joy of finding hidden stones and gems. Pure healing.

I’ve been feeling really inspired… maybe this should be my next offering? A crystal healing session out in the woods beside a waterfall🤔

Part 2 of the hunt… and this one’s got SILVER sparkle 👀✨

Back out in the Ochil Hills, and the magic just keeps coming 💚

This piece caught my eye straight away with its beautiful silver tones shining through especially when the light hits it just right. It’s amazing what you can find when you slow down, connect with nature, and really look at what’s around you...

Given the Ochils are known for metallic minerals, I can’t help but wonder if this could be something like Mica or even traces of Pyrite catching the light.

Either way, it’s another special addition to my growing local collection and a reminder that there’s beauty hidden everywhere if you take the time to notice it.

Been on the hunt… but not for Easter eggs 👀✨

I’ve been out exploring the Ochil Hills, searching for stones and crystals from my local area and honestly, this place never disappoints 💚

The Ochils aren’t just beautiful for their views, scenic walks, and flowing water… they’re also made up of ancient volcanic rocks like basaltic andesite and trachyandesite, formed way back in Devonian times 🌋

What makes it even more magical is the hidden treasures you can find here. The hills are known for metallic mineralisation silver, cobalt, even gold along fault lines, as well as gorgeous gemstones like agates.

So when you spot those little sparkles in a stone, it could be something really special catching the light...

I’ve been adding to my collection while soaking up the fresh air and peaceful energy… and just look at the sparkle on this one 😍💎

Easter for me is all about slowing down and soaking in the simple, meaningful moments.

It’s time spent with my favourite people, sharing laughter, fresh air, and a little bit of magic along the way. You’ll usually find me out walking in nature, reconnecting with the earth and searching for new local stones to add to my ever-growing collection (keep an eye out… videos coming soon 👀)

There’s something so special about combining family time, grounding energy, and the joy of discovery. And of course… it wouldn’t be Easter without a little chocolate too, we had lots of fun decorating our eggs this morning 😂

I’ve been a little quiet on here the past few days… just taking some time to recharge my batteries.

I had a lovely night away in Edinburgh with my amazing husband, enjoyed some long walks with the kids and Ozzy the dog, and really soaked up some much-needed family time 💛

Now I’m feeling refreshed, grounded, and ready to get back to doing what I love 🧘‍♀️💎
