So…what exactly is Sports Therapy?
Sports therapy is a hands-on approach to keeping your body moving well, recovering from injury, and preventing future problems. It focuses on musculoskeletal issues, which means your muscles, joints, and movement patterns.
A sports therapist (like me!) will assess your injury or ni**le, identify the underlying cause, and create a personalised treatment plan. This can include massage, stretching, manual therapy, muscle testing, and targeted exercises to help you recover and perform at your best.
Whether it is a sports injury, a recurring ache, or simply wanting to move better, sports therapy helps you understand your body, treat the problem, and prevent it from happening again 🏃
