Really appreciate these client reviews! A lot of people don’t come in with just one issue - it’s usually a mix of things that have built up over time.

I get asked this a lot: should you use ice or heat on an injury?

Simple rule - if it’s new and swollen, use ice.
If it’s been hanging around a while and feels stiff, go for heat. Heat on a fresh injury can make swelling worse, which just delays getting back to training.

Nerve damage can be a daunting thing to treat if you don’t know what to expect. I always make sure every step is explained and every question is answered. Treatment should be effective, easy to understand, and most importantly - comfortable!
