Hillcrest FB

Hillcrest FB Homes with heart. Communities with purpose. Futures with promise. We are unusual for a Scottish RSL in that we have a large and diverse group structure.

From housing and care to training and employment, we're committed to helping people live better lives. Hillcrest Housing Association was formed in 1967 and over the decades has continually evolved its structure to meet changing and challenging operating conditions. The purpose of operating as the Hillcrest Group of Companies is to be more than a traditional housing association by providing a range of housing, care and wider role service. We are not only a large housing provider but also have a substantial care company, maintenance company and a training/employment arm helping people overcome barriers to finding sustainable employment.

We love hearing from our tenants, and this recent feedback following an emergency repair really made our day. After a leaking washing machine caused flooding to a tenant's kitchen floor, our Customer Service team received the call at 9:30am and our Dundee Reactive Repairs plumber was on site by 10:30am, resolving the issue to the tenant's satisfaction.

Here's what the tenant had to say: "Incredible service, phoned at 0930 plumber was here at 1030. Thanks again."

A huge well done to our Dundee Reactive Repairs team for their quick response and for continuing to deliver such a high standard of service.

🍀 St Patrick's Day at North Grimsby 🍀

Our North Grimsby support service enjoyed a fun St Patrick's Day celebration with help from their newest honorary team member, Seamus the Leprechaun. Seamus brought plenty of smiles with his pot of gold, even if he only "works" one day a year! ✨

Everyone took part in a game of dominoes and enjoyed a warm meal of Irish stew and leek and potato soup, which were a big hit. 🥣💚

Thank you to the team and the people we support for making it such a lovely celebration.
