Hillcrest Futures is recruiting for Support Workers

Due to our expending support needs we have vacancies at our Tullideph Service, which forms part of our Dundee Contract. Tullideph supports adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health issues and behaviours that can sometimes be challenging.

The Support Worker may involve:

Supporting individuals with their medication
Accessing community-based resources
Daily life skills (menu planning, cooking, cleaning, laundry, shopping)
Support to manage finances and money
Maintain personal health and hygiene including personal care
Support with other issues that arise
Emotional support
Promotion of positive mental health including coping strategies

🕐 Various hours are available (can be discussed at interview)
💷 £12.60 per hour + company benefits

Today is the final day of Scottish Apprenticeship Week 2026.

Over the course of the week, we've shone a spotlight on three of our apprentices, who have shared what it's been like to undertake an apprenticeship at Hillcrest.

We'd like to say a big Thank You to Amber, Izzy and Josh for supporting this campaign! In today's video, they give their encouragement and advice to young people who are considering an apprenticeship in the future.

Our Young Person Group recently had the pleasure of welcoming Jamie McBrearty from Discovery Coaching to our most recent monthly meeting.

These meetings allow young staff from across the business to come together in a safe space and discuss topics or their choice while also learning from external speakers we believe can further support their development.

Jamie's insight and experience on subjects such as mindset, growth and personal development allowed for positive discussion, reflection and fresh perspective.

Hillcrest Futures are recruiting for Support Workers

Based in Ardler, Dundee, we support individuals within their own home providing twenty-four-hour intensive outreach support for adults with a learning disability, physical disability, visually impaired and individuals with Autistic Spectrum Disorder.

The service comprises of five houses, all close by to each other and all with garden areas to the front and back. The service core operating hours are from 7:30am – 10:30pm. Sleepover facilities are contained within one of the houses; there is also a waking night staff member on shift every night from 10:00pm – 8:00am. All the houses have assistive technology which enables staff to support and monitor individuals in an unobtrusive way to maintain a degree of privacy.

🕐 1x 30 hour and 1x 39 hour per week post available
💷 £12.60 per hour + company benefits

Hillcrest Maintenance is recruiting for a Roofer.

As a Roofer you will:

Maintain the roofs of our housing stock
Have experience with solar installs (desirable)
Provide general assistance to other trades when needed
Have experience on different type of roof installs
Have experience in a similar setting

Hillcrest Maintenance cover all aspects of gas, plumbing, electrical, joinery, wet trade, carpet fitting and cleaning works for domestic and commercial properties.

🕐 39 hours per week
