Christmas is coming… and so is SHIFT 3.0 🎁

Here’s me — Christmas 2021 vs Christmas 2024.

I felt frumpy and frustrated. I had tried so many things to lose the weight but nothing was sustainable. I had developed a health issue so I was desperate to change my lifestyle & lose weight but I knew it had to be sustainable- I didn’t have the energy or capacity to ‘try again’ just to fail again. It had to be on my terms!!

Fast forward to last Xmas where I was feeling amazing - not only had I lost the weight, resolved the health issue BUT I had kept it off for 2 years!!! I was and still am doing things I would never have dreamt of doing 4 years ago. I play pickleball 2x a week & have met so many wonderful people. The changes I’ve made have opened up a whole new world.

So Xmas for me is a special time when I remember where I was & reflect on where I am 😀

I honestly thought it was too late for me.
At 51, my hormones were changing, the scales kept climbing, and nothing seemed to work.
