Just a wee note to say that there are spaces available for tomorrow night's Yoga Nidra.
If you've been craving some time for yourself, for deep rest, that invites your body and mind to completely unwind, this is for you.
This isn’t “just lying down” (though that part is rather lovely!) the practice brings you to a state between wakefulness and sleep where the nervous system finally gets permission to switch off. Let's face it - we could all be doing with more of that huh?! 😉
It promotes deep relaxation for body + mind, reduces stress and anxiety, supports better sleep, and balances hormones and mood.
Bring your comfiest blanket, a cushion for under your knees, and let yourself be guided into stillness.
