The current 6-week block of classes is operating as 2 x 3-week blocks, and this coming Monday is the third week. The class will resume on Monday 20th October and the block will end on Monday 3rd November. Yoga in pregnancy can help to tone and firm the muscles needed to support the growing baby, particularly those in the abdomen, back and pelvic floor. The breathing practices can bring calm and focus.
