💪🏼 STRONG PRACTICE 💪🏼

What is a strong yoga practice? 🤔
Maybe it’s pinchas, spilts, arm balances, king dancers the list can go on and on - and omg these asanas are 100% super impressive for SURE 🤸🏻‍♂️

But, maybe a strong practice is sitting in stillness when your mind is being mean to you, or pushing yourself to go to class when you’ve had a bad day at work or when its dark/wet outside, or coming on to your mat when you really cannot be fkd.
Strength can look like pushing yourself outside your comfort zone, continuing to practice even though you’re going through turmoil, letting go of your own expectations of yourself.🧎🏻‍➡️🧎🏻‍♀️

We often turn to yoga for the physical benefits, but as we move, the real work goes on inside 🧠❤️‍🩹

Wonderful yogis who are new, practicing or returning I NEED YOUR HELP!

We are at risk of losing our wonderful Tuesday evening practice coz some of your have disappeared 😱😱😱
Now I know October hols have been and that throws things put of whack! But i absolutley LOVE our Tuesday class, and it would be ashame to pull the plug ☹️
So go on, come along! You’ll be greeted warmly, and I promise we dont do anything crazy! We breathe, we move, we get spend time getting to know the poses and different practices yoga can offer us.

And if you have been to this class and enjoy it - tell your pals 🥰 if you know me, you know I love meeting new people! 🫶🏼

Our class isn’t just a chance to stretch and relax — they’re packed with powerful benefits for you, your body AND your baby:

🌬️ Get to know your breath – we will do calming breathwork to bring you into the present moment, help manage stress now and support you during labour.

🧘‍♀️ Build strength + stability – Our asana sequences, both on floor and standing, can help support your changing body, strengthen key muscles, and can assist in easing some pregnancy aches.

🤎 Connect with your body and baby – Take time each week to tune in, slow down, bond with your little one and show yourself some gratitude!

🤗 Meet other mums-to-be – You’re not in this alone! This time and space is for YOU. For moving, breathing and being, but there’s always a chance for a good yap before and after!

🌸 When can i start? After 14 weeks, right up until full term. Everyone might be at different stages in their pregnancy and that is absolutely fine! You’ll be most welcome.

Class is suitable from 14 weeks.

With gentle movement, mindful breathing, and relaxation techniques, you’ll ease tension, improve posture, and find stillness -preparing both body and mind for birth and beyond.

Classes are held in a calm, supportive atmosphere where you can move at your own pace and connect with other mums-to-be.
