๐ช NEW AVAILABILITY FROM MONDAY 13TH OCTOBER ๐ช
Hey everyone ๐
Iโve just updated my schedule and have a few new slots available starting Monday 13th October!
If youโve been thinking about getting started with training โ whether itโs to build strength, improve fitness, or just feel better day to day โ nowโs the perfect time to jump in.
Hereโs whatโs available:

Monday: 6am, 8am, 9am, 10am
๐
Tuesday: 12pm, 1pm, 2pm (6pm & 7pm for group class only)
๐
Wednesday: 6pm & 7pm (group class only)
๐
Thursday: 9am, 10am
You can use these times for:
๐๏ธโโ๏ธ 1-1 sessions
๐ค 2-1 or small group training (4+)
๐ฅ Group classes
๐ฅ My 6 Week Nutrition Programme is also ongoing โ great for anyone looking for that extra bit of support with food, accountability, and results.
๐ฅ All equipment is supplied, so you just need to bring yourself and a bit of energy!
๐ Iโm also looking into running sessions at another location soon, depending on interest.
