NEW YEAR POLITE REMINDER:

All events & treatments are an energetic exchange of my training, experience & devotion to my highly skilled work over many years.

As it's the new year coming up I feel I need to stress the boundaries and parameters of my work.

Please note all these policies will be uploaded for all to see on a separate terms and conditions section on the website and there will be additional booking policies for unique events, corporate & private bookings, not just on the event itself.

🤍 ALL PLACES MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE
I have a limited number of places for each event and all my events tend to sell out. Every place no matter how you decide to pay must be booked in advance so I can ensure there is enough space for you to attend. If I put a plea out on social media that there are spaces available this space must also be booked in advance in case it has already been reserved for somebody else on the waiting list.

🤍 ALL EVENTS MUST BE PAID FOR ONLINE OR IN CASH
I'm still experiencing people not paying for their place, often people have already headed out of the door before I can check any of the payments that are made or people do not let me know they have put money in the box. Like yourself I cannot work for free, this is my only source of working income it is not a hobby on the side. What I do feeds my family. Please honour this.

🤍PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE TO ANY EVENT EARLIER THAN 10 MINUTES BEFORE.
I have over the years had to remind people about arrival times. As a busy mum of three I often don't arrive at the centre toll half an hour to 40 mins before it starts. I can be rushing in at the last minute and needing some time to set up or more importantly settle my own energy so that I am prepared to greet you in the way you need to be greeted to feel fully relaxed and held safely. This requires me to energetically cleanse the space and myself before I begin my work. I always honour what I do with much revered respect. If the screen is over the door all the door is locked then the space/me is not ready to receive and hold you.

🤍 PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME FOR YOUR TREATMENT
This is more relevant when I am working from home as I have no waiting room so I ask you arrive at the time of your appointment only. If I am at the centre in Dunoon there is a waiting room available but please ensure you enter quietly with respect for the client who may not have finished their treatment. Feel free to browse the wellbeing library.

🤍ALL EVENTS WILL START ON TIME
Unfortunately we experience persistent lateness from some attendees. Up until now I have started when they arrive but as the lateness is extending beyond 5 mins to 15or more I am going to have to announce that any latecomers cannot be admitted to the session. This is really because when people are settled and relaxed, so is their nervous system. The disruption from opening and banging the door shut, moving screens and shuffling around really takes people out of the zone and they then can become annoyed and stressed for the rest of the session which isn't fair to them. No refunds will be given if you are not on time and cannot enter.

🤍 IF YOU ARE LATE FOR A TREATMENT ...
Your session will not be extended into another person's slot if you arrive late. You will still finish at the alloted time despite how late you may be and no refunds will be given.

🤍Thanks for understanding I'm running a busy schedule and business and this requires strict boundaries so everyone benefits from my work.
