Done an Emergency First Aid At Work course recently. Making sure my yearly insurance is valid and also being prepared for any First Aid encounters that may come my way whilst out in the community.

A polite reminder of last minute or no show appointments please. I understand things crop up and we're all human and can forget sometimes but having a business to run and bills to pay, I may now have to introduce 50% cancellation policy. Travelling on a daily basis round the countryside to each of your houses for no one to be in is a waste of fuel and an appointment someone else could have used. Thanks in advance for your understanding 👣🙏👣🙏

Trench foot was a serious condition in WW1. These posters are clear and still very important for people with limited mobility who can't reach there feet to clean and dry them 🦶🦶
