It's been an absolute pleasure teaching the little ones safe and fun strength training exercises during these 6 week holidays.
Today's class, they learned how to deadlift in a safe and correct manner as well as strengthening the core with multiple exercises over a small circuit.
All of them were absolute superstars and I think they've caught the strongman/strong woman bug 💪🙌
