I am honoured to be to be able to say that I am delivering the Grief Recovery Programme as part of the services provided at the South East Cancer Help Centre. SECHC is an independent charity, who devote themselves to providing time and support to people journeying cancer and their families.

The Centre's activities during Covid have been limited to providing a wide range of remote support for various groups and individual members using Zoom. This included various group therapy activities and counsellors providing individual counselling sessions to our members.
