Hello, I'm Cristiano a complementary practitioner specializing in Geobiology and Massage Therapy In 2022 I graduated as a iTEC Level 3 Massage therapist.

Hello, my name is Cristiano and I’m a Geobiologist and iTEC Level 3 Massage Therapist. In 2017 I graduated from the GEA-Elvezia Institute (CH) where I achieved the qualification of "Holistic consultant operator in housing well-being specialized in electromagnetic, gebiophysical and geobiological analysis of the living and working environment". I chose Salus Aurea as my brand inspired by the ancient Latin goddess of health "Salus", because after 10 years of holistic studies I realized that ancient civilizations such as Egyptian, Greek and Roman, just to name a few, were aware of the importance of well-being more than we are today. The Latin saying “Mens sana in corpore sano” (a healthy mind in a healthy body) is a good example. They took care of their body as it was considered the temple of the Soul. This is why they also knew how important it was to build their own home using an architecture based on the holistic principle, capable of harmonizing physical, emotional and mental sphere with the natural environment. This is why the biopsychosocial and environmental approach is the key to my therapeutic method.

The biopsychosocial and environmental approach is an evidence-based framework used in the prevention and management of persistent pain and disability. It recognizes that pain is not solely related to physical tissue damage or structural problems. Instead, an individual's perception of pain varies based on the interactions of four key components:

Biological: This aspect includes genetics, physical health and the functioning of the organic system. For example, chronic pain can impact mental health, and genetic predisposition plays a role in both physical and mental well-being.

Psychological: Mental health influences overall well-being. Thoughts, emotions and behaviors play a crucial role. Soft tissue therapy should consider psychological factors when addressing pain.

Social: Socioeconomic factors, social support and cultural context are important. Understanding an individual's life context helps personalize treatment effectively.

Environmental: The quality of our living and working environment has a significant impact on our overall well-being and quality of life and directly influences our physical health, mental well-being, productivity and overall life satisfaction.
