Spiritual Awareness and Development Group in East Grinstead, this Thursday 25th September 7.30pm til 9.30pm.
This is a small group for anyone who would like to take some time to "be present" in the here and now, for personal growth and healing, in a safe and positive space with like minded people. The group includes a guided meditation, and an opportunity to explore and discuss the many ways we can improve our spiritual connection and self awareness for better health and well-being.
