Picture this…

You walk into a calm, welcoming space. The outside world softens and your shoulders drop.

You move gently through stretch and mobility based Pilates. Your body loosens, lengthens, and begins to let go of the tension it’s been holding onto.

You’re guided into deeper release with assisted stretching.

You nestle down into a comfy position, pull up the blanket, eye pillow on and with a calming voice guiding you into deeper rest. A soothing meditation to give your mind the same care you’ve just given your body.

With mini shoulder and neck massages that melt away stress you didn’t even realise you were carrying.

And all around you, a small, supportive circle of women - a shared space to unwind, reset, and reconnect.

This is your time.

Our next You Time Escape event is here, You Time - The Summer Pause, and we'd love to invite you along.

Date: Sunday 14th June at either 2.30pm or 5pm.

Don't be afraid of being a beginner.

The majority of people who come to our Pilates classes have never done Pilates before. I think there is magic in starting something new and learning new skills.

All classes offer different options to choose from depending on how challenging you want to go. And I'm there to guide you and (hopefully) make the session an enjoyable one!!

Step outside your comfort zone and give it a go. I'd love to welcome you along ☺️

With a little change to our Pilates timetable this week, we thought it could be helpful to take a look across and see which class type best suits and describes you.

New class incoming...

Wednesdays at You Time Wellbeing are changing.

I'm really aware it's been harder to get booked onto our regular Pilates classes on Monday and Wednesday evenings. And many of you are missing out on consistent practice, which is really what will make a difference to you.

Our Wednesday 7pm class has been a Prenatal Pilates class, but as of 1st April we are trialling this session being a 'You Time' Pilates (all levels) class open to all of you.

Pregnant ladies are very welcome to attend, I will adapt exercises where necessary to ensure all are safe for your stage of pregnancy. And I'll still be running my private prenatal sessions from my home studio - including 1:1 Prenatal Reformer Pilates and 2:1 Prenatal Mat Pilates.

It's not traditional but I love it. 

All our evening Pilates classes end with some blissful relaxation. This isn't what you would find in a typical Pilates class. But here at You Time Wellbeing as well as leaving a class feeling energised and stronger, we want you to feel calmer and relaxed. 

And you guys love this finish to the class too!

It's a time to focus on some calming breathing techniques and let your body enjoy the stillness. 

I always remind you lovely lot in class that you've moved and challenged your bodies, so you then deserve that time to yourself, to slow down and unwind. 

In our 'You & Baby' Postnatal class we also have a slower finish and wind down. Whilst I lower the lights and the babies play with some sensory lights we have a calmer stretch and end to the session.

We've got something special for you this month!

A lot of you, who are our wonderful clients, are women and many are mums. It's a big month for us women with Mothers Day and International Women's Day, so we want to celebrate YOU. 

Everyone who attends a Pilates class with Sarah (group and private sessions) or a treatment with Emma will be entered into a draw to be gifted some amazing treats. (This includes you men who visit us too ☺️)

What we are giving you:

✨ 90 minute bespoke treatment tailored to you

✨ 5 class pass to use for any group Pilates classes

✨ 5x single Pilates classes

These will all be gifted to different people and run just for those visiting us during March.

'You & Bump' Prenatal Pilates...

There's something special about doing something for just you and the little miracle growing inside you. It's your first chance to bond.

It's an amazing way to keep you strong and moving during your pregnancy but it's also preparing you for birth, postnatal recovery and mum life.

We strengthen, mobilise and stretch all different parts of your body, to prepare for these wonderful stages of motherhood. We especially focus on those common aches and pains like the back and hips.
