Have you ever loved someone so much that you convinced yourself you could help fix their problems, remove their pain, heal them?

You give everything - your time, your patience, your emotional energy, believing that if you just care enough, things will get better.

But sometimes that role quietly turns into something else: the rescuer.

And rescuing can lead to one of the most painful kinds of heartbreak - giving everything and still being told it wasn’t enough.
