********Announcement********

After a great deal of soul searching, I have been forced to take a side step from work just now due to health reasons. I really wish I did not have to, but I am finding it increasingly difficult to fulfill my commitments to clients and their wellbeing. If I cannot give 100% then I do not feel this is good enough for anyone!

Hopefully in a few months I will be back on top form and I will post to let you know. But, I will still be here, posting, and if any of my past clients's are sruggling then please do contact me. I will do all I possibly can to help. In the meantime, to all the amazing people I have met over the past year, please keep up the good work and be kind to yourselves.

Just because you hit a bump in the road it doesnt mean its the end!
