This is a great example of what subtle peri-oral rejuvenation can look like.
What you’ll notice here isn’t bigger lips or anything overdone. It’s small changes that make the area look softer and more supported.

What was treated
• Softening of fine lines around the mouth
• Support to the corners of the mouth to reduce that downward pull
• Gentle definition along the lip border to sharpen the outline and reduce lipstick bleed

• A small amount of chin support to improve balance and symmetry

The aim here was not to change the face, but to take pressure off the tissues that naturally thin and fold over time.

This is often the area people worry most about treating, but when it’s done conservatively and in context with the rest of the face, the result is just a fresher, more relaxed lower face.

✨ Under-eye rejuvenation, natural results

This result was achieved using a combination of tear trough filler to reduce hollowness, followed by a course of polynucleotides to improve skin quality.

Polynucleotides don’t add volume. They work by improving hydration, stimulating collagen, and supporting skin repair, helping to soften fine lines and crepiness over time.

The image showing small raised bumps is immediately after treatment. This is normal and expected, and typically settles within 24–72 hours. Results are so worth the down time 🙌
