So who are we at love yourself?
I'm Kate, I am a full time registered nurse, who loves everything to do with health and wellbeing. I am currently working on different aspects of microsystem acupuncture and love working on the combination of modern medicine and complimentary medicine as a holistic package.
I wanted to provide a platform for people to come and find out about and try different treatments and therapies. Browse different products that make you feel good and maybe sit down and have a bit of spiritual guidance. There is a power in being happy and taking some time out to love yourself. Looking forwards to seeing you at one of our days.

I'm Lynn, a mum of 2 'now' young men, I have a number of pets and a husband !! who possibly needs more looking after than the rest!

I currently work from home as an independent partner for Usborne books. Reading is and has always been a passion of mine. Along with believing that we need to find things that keep us calm and happy, so, I do admit I love to pamper myself with the odd massage, getting my nails 'done' or just to sit with a candle and relaxing, always something about candle light!, then having that realisation others feel the same way, was why I was keen to start this with kate, to bring together local businesses with local people x.

A newly published Cochrane review of reviews has examined non-drug and non-surgical treatments for low back pain. The results? Acupuncture effectively reduces pain and improves function for those with chronic low back pain! 🎯

🔸 Acupuncture is already integrated into mainstream healthcare in several countries:
✅ Statutory regulated in Australia, New Zealand, and Portugal
✅ Covered by healthcare insurance in Germany and New Zealand
