And so we continue ....

With the sweet taste of Spring's imminent arrival
The Full Moon powerfully stirring up a non-negotiable bubble
Snake's flickering tail inviting us to take one last look
At our inner Cauldron of becoming
And great undoing.

~what are the final pieces of conditioning we can tenderly ease & tease out of our systems?
~how can our pace remain gentle as we become the shoots of our own new life's emerging?
~how can we meet the tensions the Leo Moon is bringing to the forefront?
~and what of our dreams still held within the dreaming?

"Wintering Women's Journey" continues for the next 3 Mondays ~ 2nd, 9th & 16th Feb ...taking us right up to the edge of change ~the long-awaited shift into Fire Horse's momentum.

And so we prepare. We stay steady & soft & slow.

Following on from my post about us still being very much in the Snake-skin-shedding, old-skin-releasing energies of *Year of the Snake* 🐍 & will be so until February 17th ~ I am delighted to announce that
*'Wintering Women's (online) Circle Journey'*
will continue for an extra 4 weeks to carry us all the way through this period~ this final Let-Go ~ before we step into the Fire Horse momentum of 2026 on the Aquarian New Moon 🌙♒️✨

It's been such a beautiful experience so far & I am so grateful for the incredible Women who have felt the call to Journey together ..so far. There is room for a couple more. 🙏🌷

That makes it a Journey of 10 Mondays in total & 10 is also the number of this year...so that's rather magical 🙃✨

1 = New Beginnings & the 0 = Collaboration with Creator

(I didnt know this until recently about 10 (always thought it revolved back into a 1 after 9) but it makes so much sense & 10 has been my number for a very long time, so I'm really happy to have a whole year of it 😉 & clearly I/we need to get our chat on with the Divine this year!) ✨

🐍 We are Still in Year of the Snake 🐍
Transforming, releasing, realising what's no longer True 🐍
Happy New Number ~2026~ facebook fam!
As many of us have now remembered, this isnt really a 'new year' because we are still in the depths of Winter (here) & the new~ness will not begin to emerge until Winter eases into Spring.
It's so counter-intuitive to be having so much external socialising, celebrating, 'intention-setting' etc when the world around us is so still & bare on the surface & has turned inwards to deeply rest & renew.
But the Number did change ~ we have gone from a 9 year to a 10 year; from the energy of Completion into New Beginnings & collaborations with the Divine/Source/All That Is/ & all the other names for the Creator of which we are each a fractal.
And this is significant even if 'only Gregorian'. The numbers hold a potency & we are affected by them or, better still, subconsciously aligned With them, whether we know it or not.
However, cycling back to my original point ~ we, here in the Northern Hemisphere, are still very much in Winter time. And, equally importantly, we are still in
🐍🐍The Year of the SNAKE 🐍🐍
There has been so much 'Year of the Horse' excitement & so many promises made of what this will mean for us individually & as a collective. And yet, we are Not there yet.
It reminds me of all of the hurrying to get to the good part, to bypass the depths in order to be in the light.
We are Still in Snake & this is significant.
It means we still have time to release old identities, old habits, old beliefs & ways of being. And, most potently, old ways of Doing.
We have until February 17th ~that's 5.5 weeks away~to keep our focus on gently teasing away those old dead skins 🐍, those ones which we are so so ready to let go of & perhaps just needed permission to do so or needed the energies of this time to facilitate the shedding.
Either way, what a gift! To be able to shake them off & place them in the fires of transformation, saying thank you for the protection they brought & returning them to stardust.
And then, it's not essential that we instantly put on a bright new & shiny skin & push ourselves into revealing who we are.
There is great power in the the in-between, in the silent stillness of 'what was' re~forming into 'what will Be'.
So instead of rushing into the New (such a culturally rewarded behaviour) ~how would it be to soothe your newly-bared skin with beautiful Light, with silken golden liquid love & trust that the new skin will form when it has prepared itself from the inside-out & you/we can be curious how this will feel & look ...when it is ready. We we are ready.
Meanwhile Winter.
Snow & Rain.
Snake-skin shedding.
Gentleness & slowly moving.
Deeply breathing.
Fresh-skin soothing
Silent inner listening
Trusting the unfurling
Allowing the becoming
Doing less from the Doing
And more from the Being

Awakening comes
In many guises
Dis-guises itself
Often arriving
And leaving us
Surprised
Or even
Often
Shocked
At its apparent lack of care
For our tender Human Selves.
Jolted, we find ourselves
Facing a new reality
One which had been
Right before our eyes
But obscured by our
Believing
That what we were seeing
Was real
And not just a product
Of our conditioning
Our cultural
Acceptable
Agreeing

And we each call it in
Our own awakening
And we can choose to ignore it
Of course we can
For choice is our birthright
And there is no time-
Span
We must meet it by
It's incremental, oftentimes
And then, when we're ready
We real-eyes
There's no escaping it
If we wish to harmonise
With our very own lives.

So there comes a time
When we can no longer look back
With angry thoughts
Inner shaming
For we know this contracting
Hurts our hearts
Trapping
Us in cycles
Of blaming
What can no longer be changed
Despite our wishing
And instead, holds us caught
In a web of our own deceiving
Of what was
Blinding us from
What Is already unfurling
Our very own
Healing
Awakening
Self-responsibility creating,
Freeing,
Us
From the pain of holding
On
To that which keeps us
Power-less

And so let's seek
Those hands
And Hearts
Who offer us
Something New
Something Now
Someplace
Where we can take our ground
Receive ourSelves
As we truly are
Held in Compassion
And safe to love

Welcome Home to Your Beautiful Self

It is my honour & delight to find myself as a sacred space holder in this lifetime.

For the past 2 decades I have been on a mission to understand what it means to be a Human through studying behaviour, beliefs, emotions & mental states. Most of my learning has been through direct experience ~ through healing the multiple traumas located within my own system; through working with young people living them as a reality & through working with adults embarking on a journey of self-healing & growth.

For the past decade especially I have also been exploring the Spiritual & Energetic realms & finding ways to unite ALL of the ways we can experience ‘reality’ so that we may experience a deep sense of Surrender into Wholeness & Trust.

My Life’s work has not come through books or the teachings of others, although I have been Hugely assisted, inspired & awoken by them as companions on the journey. I have trained in Arts Psychotherapy; Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy & Counselling; Advanced Theta Healing; Access Consciousness/Bars; Soul Journeying. All of these have brought about transformations & many ‘aha’ moments.
