Here's a helpful guide to get you started:

1. Acknowledge & Accept Burnout
Recognizing burnout is the first step toward healing. It's not a failure—just a signal that things need to shift. Accepting this without guilt lets you focus on what your mind and body need to recover.

2. Prioritise Rest and Self-Care
Rest is crucial, whether through sleep, relaxation, or taking time away from work. Self-care is more than pampering, it’s reconnecting with what restores your energy, like nature walks or hobbies that bring you joy.

3. Set Boundaries and Say “No”
Learning to say “no” is essential for self-preservation. Set healthy limits to protect your energy, and be intentional about what you choose to engage in. This helps prevent burnout from recurring.

4. Reconnect with Your Purpose
Reflect on what matters most to you. Reconnecting with your sense of purpose in work, relationships, or personal pursuits can help you gain clarity and refocus your energy.
