Last couple of weeks of classes before CHRISTMAS!

Mondays

6-7pm STRONG - strength circuits

Tuesdays
9.45am LIFT - an intro to strength
5.30pm LIFT & SCULPT - intermediate strength
6.45pm Apanaveda yoga - a gentle pause & rest

Wednesdays @ my garden, East Rudham

5.45pm STRONG & FIT - strength & conditioning circuits
7pm Hatha yoga with Em @ Green Park Rural Centre, Wicken Green

Fridays @ Great Bircham social club

9.45am Mindful movement - gentle morning yoga

Saturdays @ my garden, East Rudham

8-9am STRONG & FIT - strength circuits


9.45am FARM FIT - outdoor strength circuits

Please come all christmased up and decked for the last classes….they will be Christmassy themed!! (Sorry not sorry) CANNOT WAIT!

Holidays start Monday 22nd December.

January classes commence from Monday 5th.
Booking advisable as some of my classes at the mill are already full!

Farm Fit LOVE

Beginning to fall in love with my Autumn Saturdays.

Farm Fit circuits on the paddock
At 9.45am

Followed by a sauna and ice bath for recovery.

We train all weathers.
Come with layers ready to work the whole body, feel amazing outdoors and start your weekends with some fitness time for you in a magical setting.
