NEW CLASSES
Starting this Wednesday & Saturday.
Lifting Club:
Wednesday 45 - 5.45pm-6.30pm
Strong Saturday - 8-9am
Whether new to strength training or wanting to supplement your current training routine.
Lifting club offers PT led strength & conditioning circuits with a focus on good form and progressive overload.
Strength & conditioning, all from my back garden.
Get outside in nature and move your body. You’ll spend 45 mins or 1 hour working through body weight and weighted movements, to get your heart rate up.
These classes are a fantastic way to feel good. Endorphins on high, you’ll be craving the movement by the time the next session rolls around.
You can come as a beginner, but I recommend tying my LIFT class on a Tuesday or perhaps a one to one session so you’re ready for a slightly faster pace.
Wednesday 45 is a short, sweet & sweaty session. Combining full body strength exercises and cardio in a circuit style workout to get the heart pumping, muscles working and endorphins flying.
Strong Saturdays offer a slightly lengthier routine, with a focus on compound movements and strength to train the whole body.
With a range of equipment and big garden space combined with specific planning to enable progressive overload and gradual strengthening so that you are getting the best from a full 6-7 week programme.
Combine Wednesday 45 & Strong Saturdays to get your minimum of 2 x strength sessions in per week.
