Spring Term Classes🌷
The new term begins week beginning 9th March
Ready to get moving as the days grow lighter and longer?

Loving the outdoors and that Spring feel in the air?
Join me in the garden for STRONG & FIT strength circuits.
We work the whole body with a mix of bodyweight, dumbbell, resistance band and kettlebell exercises, with some cardio work too.
This class is for you if you want to:-

Looking for a lower intensity, more gentle way to move your body? Shift, find space and explore moving with more ease in Hatha with Em or the even slower paced Mindful movement yoga classes.
A slow, somatic, mindful practice - an invitation to pause, breathe, feel and return home to yourself.
An opportunity to explore postures from the inside out, feeling your way into movement that nourishes and connects us even more deeply to ourselves and the nature that surrounds.
