🚨 New Team member 🚨

Tracy has joined the Sussex Footcare family as an Administrator and has become the warm, welcoming face of our practice. With over 40 years of experience in Customer Service, Secretarial and Administrative roles, Tracy brings strong organisational skills and a calm, professional manner to every interaction.

On a typical day, Tracy greets patients as they arrive, manages appointment bookings, handles telephone and email enquiries, liaises with clinicians and ensures the reception area runs smoothly. She prides herself on providing a reassuring first point of contact and helping patients feel at ease from the moment they walk through the door.

Outside of work, Tracy enjoys reading, walking, cinema, theatre and papercraft. She also enjoys holidays with her husband, Peter, both home and abroad
