Stara Crafts Hi, I'm Sara and I love to make things.....I am always trying new crafts and thought it was time to share my stuff. I like making cards, earrings and sewing.

Everything is available to buy, To order please email supastara@hotmail.co.uk I am a mother of 4 wonderful children and I have always loved making things and learning new skills. I also like using natural dyes and upcycling old materials or items. Alot of the fabric i use has been reclaimed from old clothes and i intend to experiment alot more with revamping and reusing clothes as well incorporating natural dyes. I love crystals and most of my jewellery incorporates the healing properties of semi precious stones. I also prefer to work mainly with silver but I am thinking of looking into using some brass and copper in a steampunk inspired way. Many of the beads I use have also been reclaimed from old and broken jewellery items, I believe strongly in limiting waste and the possiblity of turning something old and broken into something beautiful again. I am influenced by many things such as nature, myth, mythology, history, fantasy, science fiction, steampunk, animals and many more. I love purple and pink, i love using colour and things that are shiny and pretty. I love hearts and stars, buttons and beads, denim and leather....things that are tactile and things that stand out. Hopefully you will like the stuff i love making. :)
