Reflexology may be effective in restoring and maintaining the body's natural equilibrium and encouraging healing. Maria qualified as a Reflexologist in 2004 through the London School of Reflexology. She subsequently trained in Preconception, Pregnancy and Postnatal Reflexology, teaches Baby Reflex (Reflexology for Babies) Parent Workshops and is a Certified Infant Massage Instructor (CIMI) running Baby Massage classes. Reflexology Sessions are available Sundays - Thursdays from 09:00 to 11:30.

Our Story

Reflexology is a Complementary Therapy that works on the feet or hands enabling the body to heal itself. Following illness, stress, injury or disease, it is in a state of "imbalance", and vital energy pathways are blocked, preventing the body from functioning effectively. Reflexology may be effective in restoring and maintaining the body's natural equilibrium and encouraging healing. Maria qualified as a Reflexologist in 2004 through the London School of Reflexology. She subsequently trained in Preconception, Pregnancy and Postnatal Reflexology, most recently in Reproductive Reflexology.

She offers Reflexology for Fertility (both female & male), Women’s Health, Stress & Anxiety and for Babies to Young Adults.

She also runs Reflexology and Massage for Little Ones Workshops, during which she teaches parents techniques, drawn from Reflexology and Massage, to help their Little Ones with the discomforts caused by wind, constipation, colic, reflux and teething.

Maria is also a Certified Infant Massage Instructor (CIMI); Holistic Massage Therapist & Hopi Ear Candle Practitioner.
