Almost time to go back to work, what a cracking summer it was! Nicer weather days on the beach with my new toot and my sand monkey ⛱️

Now to get my pregnant brain switched on as pregnancy yoga classes start back in November! If you know any mums to be, spread the word 😘🤰x

That’s a wrap on my classes for a while, time to prepare for baby with my little helper 💕

The last lot of classes are available to book for March, these will be my final classes for a few months as baby is due to arrive in April 🤰

Half Butterfly Pose 🦋 (Ardha Titli Asana)

A great pose for pregnant Mama’s:
✔️Promotes pelvic and hip opening
✔️Relieves tension from inner thighs
✔️Reduces swelling
✔️Reduces lower back tension
✔️Aids with digestion as you open the side body

The best part is that you can sit down, so try it on the couch, bed, random wall with a nice backdrop.. anywhere.

30 weeks, did I blink! Can’t believe how fast that went.
Forcing myself to keep up that movement even though I’m absolutely knackered most days .

I always seem to find super energy when I’m surrounded by everyone in class 💪🏻 I love watching all your bellies grow each week.

How are you pregnant mummy’s feeling?

Come join my yoga classes and meet fellow mums-to-be, we are a lovely wee community with continuous new baby bellies joining.
Nothing makes raising wee ones easier than having others in the same situation that you can share stories with.

My classes provide super gentle movements with relaxation and a good natter after 🧘‍♀️ x
