What is shamanic healing?
The main objectives of shamanic healing are to remove blocks at the level of energy field (the field that is around you in the form of a bubble, where a lot of things are happening first before they manifest in the body), retrieve lost parts of the soul and restore balance and harmony. Shamanic healing works on a soul level, with the understanding that healing occurs when the shift and transformation within takes place, as it manifests on emotional, mental, physical, or spiritual levels.
The first step is to empower the individual, to establish a connection between the person and spirit helpers. They provide power, energy and support throughout the healing process.
But what does that mean? In reality, we have all been through the heaviness of life and things that don't work for us. Health issues, relationship troubles, fear, anger, depression, traumas, phobias and many more things can add to that heaviness. We are stuck. We are out of balance. The worse - we don't know how to change it, or if there is anyone that could help.
Shamans, through accessing states of higher consciousness, can bring healing and insight into the physical world. Shamanic healing can bring energetic shifts and assist in letting go of old patterns to create a space for new ones. In time, we get "lighter" and feel like we finally returned home.
