Fundraising Challenge 2!

On 11/10/25, optometrist Andy Connell, along with his brother James, took on his biggest challenge yet: a 57-mile run from Glasgow to Edinburgh to raise money for Sense Scotland

It was a long, tough day but an unforgettable one, and we're proud to say he made it to the finish line (and was just about still standing!)

Thanks to everyone’s incredible generosity, we’ve raised nearly £2,000 so far for this amazing charity. Your donations, messages, and encouragement along the way really kept him going when the miles got tough

Thank you again to everyone who supported, donated, or cheered him on. It means a lot and helps Sense Scotland continue their brilliant work supporting people with complex and sensory disabilities, and their families
