Call-In Homecare

Call-In Homecare Call-In Homecare is a leading Care at Home provider across Scotland. We’re one of only two organisations in Scotland to achieve the award.

Call-In Homecare provides flexible, person-centred support services to allow individuals to live a dignified, independent life tailored to their needs and aspirations. We are committed to improving the well-being and quality of life for the service users we support. Our services are based on choice and control, personalisation and being a part of the community. We are fully registered with the Care Inspectorate, Scottish Care and are members of the United Kingdom Home Care Association (UKHCA). We’re incredibly proud to share the news that Call-In Homecare has been awarded with the Social Value Quality Mark Level 1. This is a respected accreditation that recognises the value we create for our customers, staff and communities. As care providers, we aim to create the highest quality of life for all – this extends beyond the people we care for, to the communities we operate in.

Happy Maundy Thursday 🙌

As Lent comes to an end, we’d like to give a little nod to colleagues who have been observing this time of reflection, self‑discipline, and doing good for others.

Whether that’s been through giving something up, taking something on, or simply pausing to reflect, we recognise the commitment that Lent can involve. As we head towards Easter, we hope this marks a positive and peaceful close to the season for you.

We’re proud to work in a team made up of people with different traditions, beliefs, and experiences, and we appreciate the chance to recognise and respect what matters to our colleagues. 💜

Dundee and Perth update ✨

It was great to recently bring our team together for a team meeting in Perth (pictured first), giving us the chance to connect, reflect, and celebrate the brilliant work happening across our services.

We’re delighted to recognise our Dundee Care Assistant Morgan (pictured second), who has received this well‑deserved recognition after an incredible week of feedback from the people she supports.

Over the space of just one week, we had three different people get in touch to tell us how amazing Morgan is. They shared that nothing is ever a bother for her, and that she consistently goes over and above to make sure everything is just right. One person even said that Morgan “oozes care” - which we think perfectly sums her up.

Morgan joined Call‑In Homecare on 13th January, and she has truly excelled in her role from day one. Her compassion, commitment, and genuine care make a real difference, and we’re so proud to have her as part of our Dundee team. 💜

Pictured third is our recent training group for Dundee and Perth who were "full of beans", they were highly engaged and a lot of laughs were had by all.

Thank you to everyone for the care, dedication, and teamwork you show every day! 🙌

Meet Agnes 🤝

Agnes is one of our Inverclyde service users and has been with us for six years. We sat down with her to talk about her care needs, and how Call‑In Homecare has supported her over the past few years.

With many thanks to our Care Assistants, Emma and Rachel, who Agnes couldn’t speak highly enough of. Agnes's story reflects the importance of person‑centred care and trusted relationships. 💜
