La Piuma, simbolo dell'energia del cielo, ci aiuta a ripulire il nostro campo energetico e ad elevare la nostra coscienza. La Pietra, simbolo dell'energia della terra, è in grado di assorbire dal nostro corpo la pesantezza del passato e ci aiuta nel radicamento.

Insieme questi elementi, offrono l'opportunità di ricordare insegnamenti antichi e riconnettersi con l'alchimia di creazione.

While clearing up the closet and packing my stuff, I found many interesting drawings and paintings. Leaving a flat is never an easy task, but often, the overall process can bring gifts and a tremendous movement of energy. We can review our journey and witness all the work done so far in all the areas of life. The changes we have encountered come back like vivid memories that fill our hearts with the emotions of the past.

The last ten years have been quite interesting for me, and seeing some of the processes and growth expressed on paper was highly enriching.

When we work intuitively with the arts, we allow them to be our medicine. They become the vessel of expression and transformation we need to move forward in our lives 🌷🙏

Exploring new gifts of mixed media and collage 💛✨ Sometimes we can feel restricted in our creative practice and experience. Trying a new media, technique, or material can bring a sense of expansion and new energy flow.

Working with these practices can help us find a sense of clarity and order within chaos. We can regain a sense of stability by harnessing the creative waves that move within change and just creating.

I am crafting a new, powerful course starting in January 2026, where I will share all about the alchemical process of this work! Looking forward to bridging it through 🙏

Through the years, I dipped in and out of the studio but somehow it has always been a very stable presence in my Edinburgh journey. Time within this space allows the butterfly to arise. Her body has to transform completely during this stage, which might not look pretty or comfortable, from the inside. She serves with her heart the heart of Gaia. She is in tune with the Cosmo and follows its instructions without question.
