Many people ask me what to do before and after a massage.
Here some tips to get the most out of a Massage Session.

🤎 It's very important to keep hydrated before and after the massage. Water help us to flush out the toxins from the muscles and also reduce soreness. Remember: some bruise pain may it feels after a massage

🤎 Avoid heavy meals. Blood flow is stimulated during a massage which can make you feel sick, especially when you are face down

🤎 Communication is crucial, we can have a chat to let me know your expectations, your ares of concern and the pressure you would like during the treatment

🤎 Forget the outside world and enjoy the massage, falling asleep is normal so be free to relax and enjoy your me time

🤎 After the session avoid the gym, running or any strenuous activity. It's important to leave the body to feel the effect of the massage. Yoga or some stretching are aloud but not stressing your body.

🤎 Be relax, wearing confortable clothes and extend your "me time" having a bath , listen some relaxing music and take and herb tea.

🤎 Before to start a treatment, I always ask to my clients for a deep breath.
This makes me be aware how much tension the person is carrying, and makes to them start the treatment leaving away all the worries from the outside.
