We’re building something special in Edinburgh — a purpose-built, premium fertility centre designed around scientific excellence, innovation, and outstanding patient care.
We are looking for a Patient Concierge to become the welcoming face and central point of contact for our patients. This is a key front-of-house role, combining reception and administrative responsibilities, and playing a vital part in shaping the patient experience from the very first interaction.
We are seeking compassionate, highly organised individuals who want to:
• Provide a warm, professional and reassuring welcome to patients and visitors
• Create a calm, supportive atmosphere within a premium healthcare environment
• Support patients throughout their journey, offering empathy, reassurance and clear communication
• Manage front-of-house reception duties alongside essential administrative tasks
• Work closely with clinicians and the wider multidisciplinary team
• Contribute to continuous improvement in patient experience and service delivery
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a new service from the very beginning, with the chance to make a meaningful difference in our patient’s fertility journeys.

• Permanent roles – Full-time
• Start: Spring 2026
• Proven experience in an administrative and customer service role essential
• Strong administrative and organisational capabilities required
