Last night, I found myself in my childhood bedroom, lying beside my husband, who slept so soundly. In the quiet, I became aware of the spirit world—gentle reminders of presence and support, even in the stillness.
We’ve all been taking turns to stay with Mum as she recovers.
It’s not always easy, but in these moments I’m reminded that support comes in many forms, both seen and unseen. Sometimes, it’s the smallest acts of care that matter most. And sometimes, we have to let go of expectations and focus on what we can give, with love.
