Please never let your concerns about lack of flexibility, fitness or strength stop you from coming to one of my yoga classes!
Yoga is a great way to improve and create mobility, strength and flexibility in a gentle mindful way.
There's no perfect yoga pose, just the same as there's no perfect body. We all have different structures, strengths, and limitations โ and thatโs what makes each of us unique.
How a pose looks or feels will vary from person to person, not just because of flexibility or muscle tightness, but because of our individual anatomy โ our bones, joints, and the way our bodies are built. Yoga isnโt about fitting yourself into a shape; itโs about exploring what feels right for you and finding balance, strength, and ease in your own way.
And donโt worry, Iโm far from perfect too! ๐
Just ask my students about my boat pose this week ๐๐ โ itโs all part of the journey. We wobble, we laugh, we learn, and we grow together.
