This past week I have been sharing the many endings and transitions undertaken to allow for rebirth in my life and the areas that matter most to me.

Right now is a powerful time of renewal and rebirth: Through honouring the ancient ways, we can harness the medicine of the waxing moon; the maiden, the season of Spring and the element of air to support us as we strive for a balanced, joyful and successful life in spiritual and seasonal alignment.

As a trauma informed practitioner and survivor myself, I know that if the mind and body don’t feel safe, we will feel that “stuck-ness” manifested in our bodies, energy fields, relationships, work, patterns, behaviours, thoughts, whilst often presenting a physical and emotional stuck-ness and an inability to trust in ourselves and the next step…despite knowing that where we are isn’t serving us, and what lies ahead, even if we can’t see it or feel it yet - is exactly what we need to feel grounded and alive again.

✨ It's time for a rebirth ✨ (here's mine)

Deep in the darkness of Winter we were called to pause, rest and go inwards in order to emerge with the light feeling clear and renewed, ready for a new cycle of manifestation to begin.

Last week the New Moon called for us to honour the endings of what has been; weeding out what must die and no longer supports new growth so that new seeds of intention can be planted with the promise of juicy fruits and blossoms in bloom.

Turn your head towards the night sky and see how the light has returned there too: the waxing moon, synonymous with the season of Spring, reminds us that as one phase ends a new one begins and now is the time of rebirth, fresh starts and the invitation for something new to begin.

During the dark months I made big changes to my business; applying the same principals I teach to the women I work with: asking myself where my joy is; asking what is working, what isn't, what is ready to end, transform and emerge as something new…

After 7 years of offering 1:1 holistic healing, therapy and coaching under the name, Wisdom and Lightwork Praxis, a name sybolically tied to a part of my life that had to die for new to be reborn; I am now releasing that name and its meaning, whilst merging and separating my services as a practitioner to better serve you on this journey too:
