With the festivities comes along a lot of colds and coughs, and as most of you know I have an auto immune condition and pick up illnesses easily so if you are unwell I'd appreciate a message to cancel your appointment as I can't work if I pick up your illness.

I'm also going to start to limit the amount of massage appointments in a day as it's been really hard going on my body and I need to take care of myself.
