One of those is Quarriers. Quarriers is one of Scotland’s leading and longest-standing social care charities, dedicated to helping people live full, supported lives from children and families to adults with disabilities and unpaid carers.

The charity delivers over 100 services across Scotland, including in Elgin, where local teams offer vital support for unpaid carers, young carers and people facing challenges like substance use and social isolation.

Whether through advice, peer support, wellbeing activities or children’s rights services, Quarriers is making a real difference in our community every day. 💙

Over the last few years we have run a few therapy treatment days, and exercise classes.

If you're having issues with your muscles, bones, or joints, some simple steps can help to lessen your symptoms:
