4.5 stone down and what a journey it’s been! 🙌
I actually lost the weight and put it back on in between these videos, woopsies!! but I’m only human joining back in 2023 was the best thing I ever did for myself.

It’s nearly a year since I hit target and I still can’t believe how much better I feel, both mentally and physically. 💪

Losing weight isn’t just about the scales, it’s about getting you back. 💖
