A recently manufactured a 300 litre bespoke buffer vessel, manufactured by the EXCELSIOR engineering team.

This unit has been specifically designed with a short, wide footprint to meet challenging installation constraints where height is limited, but system performance cannot be compromised.

By tailoring the vessel geometry, we were able to maintain the required buffer capacity while ensuring the unit integrates seamlessly into the customer’s plant room layout. As with all EXCELSIOR equipment, the vessel has been manufactured in Britain using high-quality stainless steel and engineered for long-term reliability.

This project highlights how bespoke buffer solutions provide practical answers when standard configurations are simply not suitable.

Three bespoke spiral dough mixing vessels have been manufactured at our Shropshire factory for one of our long-term customers.

As one of our final large-scale projects of the year, this build represents a significant milestone for both our team and our customer.
