If any of these feel familiar, you’re not alone 🤍.

So many people live with overthinking, anxiety or feeling stuck, thinking it’s just “how things are.” But it doesn’t have to be that way.

Hypnotherapy works gently with your mind to help you understand patterns, shift them, and create real, lasting change.
You don’t have to figure it all out on your own.

If you’re ready for things to feel different, I’m here when you are ✨.

🌈 Neurodiversity Celebration Week 🌈

This week is about recognising that not all brains work the same
And they are not meant to.

Some children feel everything more deeply 💛
Some notice every sound, every change, every emotion 🎧
Some struggle with sleep, food, school, anxiety, or big reactions that seem to come from nowhere 🌪️

That does not mean something is wrong with them.
It means their nervous system works differently.

As both a mum to a neurodivergent child
And a therapist working with neurodivergent families every day

I see how much changes when we stop trying to make the child fit the world
And start helping the world fit the child 🌍✨

When a child feels safe 🤍
When their body feels calm 🌿
When their brain is not in constant fight or flight ⚡

They can learn
They can cope
They can grow in confidence
They can be themselves 🌈

Neurodiversity Celebration Week is not just about awareness
It is about understanding
Support
Patience
And knowing that different does not mean broken

To every parent walking this path
You are doing better than you think 💫

Even on the days it feels impossible

🌈

🌸 Mother’s Day looks different for everyone 🌸

Today is not the same for every woman.

For some, it is full of love and laughter.
For others, it carries grief, distance, exhaustion, or complicated feelings.

Today I want to acknowledge the women who mother in ways the world doesn’t always see.

The mums raising children with little or no support.

The mums doing everything on their own,
making every decision alone,
holding everything together even when they are tired.

The women who have stepped into the role of mum,
even if they didn’t give birth.

Step-mums.
Grandmas.
Aunties.
Foster carers.
Partners.
Friends who became family.

The women who show up, stay steady, and love fiercely.

The women who had to walk away from their own mothers
because the relationship became too painful,
too harmful,
or too impossible to continue.

That kind of strength is rarely spoken about,
but it takes courage to choose peace over obligation.

The women who are healing while raising children.

The women breaking cycles.

The women learning how to be the mother they never had.

The women who keep going,
even on the days it feels heavy.

Today is for all of you.

Not just the perfect moments,
but the real ones.

The strong ones.
The tired ones.
The brave ones.
The ones still figuring it out.

You are doing more than you realise.

💛 Happy Mother’s Day to every woman who mothers in her own way 💛

If anxiety keeps your mind busy at night, you’re not alone.

Many people find that the moment their head hits the pillow, their brain suddenly wants to replay the entire day or plan tomorrow.

Sleep isn’t just about being tired t’s about your nervous system feeling calm and safe enough to switch off.

Simple relaxation techniques can help your body move out of “fight or flight” mode and into a more restful state.

Sometimes it’s not about forcing sleep…it’s about helping your mind slow down enough for sleep to arrive naturally.

If anxiety or racing thoughts are affecting your sleep, hypnotherapy can help retrain your mind to relax and rest more easily.

World Sleep Day 💤

If your neurodivergent child struggles with sleep, you’re not alone.

Many children with ADHD, autism and other neurodivergent profiles find bedtime difficult. Busy thoughts, sensory sensitivities and different internal body clocks can all play a role.

This isn’t bad behaviour or poor routines it’s often simply how their brain works.

Small adjustments that respect your child’s nervous system can make a huge difference over time.

And sometimes the most important thing is reminding parents that they’re doing a great job navigating something that isn’t always easy 🥰.

✨ Exciting News ✨

I’m really excited to share that I’ll be speaking at the Hypnotic 2026 in Antwerp, Belgium on 9th and 10th May 2026.

I’ll be presenting my talk:

“The S.E.R.E.N.S. Method: Transforming How We Support Neurodivergent Children and Teens.”

In this talk I’ll be sharing how therapists can better support neurodivergent children, teenagers and their families using the S.E.R.E.N.S. Method, a framework I developed through both my professional work as a clinical hypnotherapist and my personal journey as a parent.

Together we’ll explore:

• Why sleep and nervous system regulation are the foundation for change
• How neurodivergence shows up in the therapy room
• Practical ways to support challenges such as anxiety, emotional regulation, ARFID, PDA and sensory overwhelm
• How therapists can work with parents and carers to create lasting change at home

This work is deeply personal to me, inspired by my daughter Seren and the incredible families I have the privilege of supporting every day.

I’m honoured to be sharing this approach with therapists from around the world and to be part of such an inspiring event.

If you’re attending Hypnotic 2026, I would love to see you there.
