We’re Hiring: Telephone Operator (Part-Time, Permanent)
We’re looking for a reliable, friendly Telephone Operator to join our team based in our Ely Office.
This role is a vital part of our day-to-day operations, handling incoming and outgoing calls, transferring calls to the right people, and providing excellent customer service.
About the role:
•Handling incoming & outgoing calls
•Transferring calls accurately
• Using our phone and booking systems
• Responding to emails
• Supporting smooth communication across the business
What we’re looking for:
• Aged 21+
• Strong knowledge of the local area
• Confident using computers (all work is computer-based)
• Clear, professional telephone manner
• Good written and spoken English
• Own transport required
What we offer:
💷 From £12.21 per hour
📈 Pay rise once probation period is successfully completed
