Having trained in Beauty Therapy when I left school and gained a Degree in Fashion Promotion and Illustration it wasn't until after I had my family that I returned to working in Beauty and have been a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists for over 10 years. Holistic Therapy is very much at the heart of how I work with my interests in Complementary Therapy leading me to train in both Indian Head Massage and Reiki which have enriched me as person and a therapist. I will work with you to tailor the treatment to your needs to help you relax, rebalance and renew.

As the first day of autumn approaches on the 22nd of this month, my New Price List brings New treatments! Ashiyu and Teyu, based on traditional Japanese foot and hand bathing, to ease tensions and restore those holiday feet. Whilst feet or hands are soaking, Indian head massage helps reset the balance in the mind for the new season ahead. Hi, happy Friday! Just quick post to let you know my new price list will be coming out in September, with exciting new treatments to help you find your balance and grounding again after the busy summer.
Please also note there will be a small price increase from 1st September. All existing appointments in the diary will be at pre price increase.

Having had a break from work and study, in sunny Dorset and Cornwall, it is lovely to be back in the cabin seeing you all again for treatments and continue on my path to becoming a Menopause Wellness Coach.

Following on from my qualification in January in Nutrition I am excited to be able to offer Nutrition Advice Coaching.
By looking at diet and lifestyle, Nutrition advice may help you manage symptoms from any health concerns you may have. Identifying that gut, brain connection being an important step into helping you achieve your wellness goals.

Until end of September, this will be offered at an introductory price of £35 for a 45minute - 1hour session. 2nd and any further sessions £30. (Full price £45, further sessions £40)

•Nutrition Questionnaire and Consent form given and to be sent back no later than 7 days prior to booked appointment.

•Written Summary of Advice given after every session.

•Full payment required upon booking.

These sessions are a great way to identify and highlight any symptoms you maybe working with that you would like to manage better. From the simplest to the most debilitating, looking through the lens of nutrition can help you move forward.
