Mother and baby fitness class this Thursday at 11.00am at Soham Fitness Centre.

This is a low impact fitness class perfect for new mothers who want to grow their confidence and start moving more - without needing childcare!

Did you knows there's a mum and baby fitness group in Soham run by me?! I am a personal trainer and also a Sports and Movement Therapist with additional training in postpartum exercise and rehab.
So if you're worried about returning to exercise or want to start something since giving birth then this is the place for you!

Thursdays 11-11.45am at the Soham Fitness Centre (next to the train station). Only £6 a session - pay as you go.

My next course is starting next week. Perfect for postpartum mothers who want to know how to restore their pelvic floor and core, correct their breathing and generally feel more like they used to.
The course runs for 6 weeks at the Child and Family centre in Soham and is only £30 for the 6 sessions.

I've extended the course start date to next week as my current bookings couldn't make today. That means there is still time to book on to the course. This is the last course before we break up for the Summer Holidays.

A 6 week course dedicated to new mothers to focus on you. Bring your baby with you and meet other new mothers in a friendly and supportive environment. (Don't worry if you can't attend all 6, I will catch you up).

We focus on the pelvic floor, lower abs, glutes, posture and more with gentle and easy exercises to help you recover and feel more like you!
