This Friday .singingmamas.fareham will be guest leading my gorgeous group of Singing Mamas in Westbourne while I am away.

Jenni is an amazing song leader and is covering for me while I’m hurling myself down hills of snow in the name of leisure 🫠⛷️ Jenni has loads of self-affirmation songs you can sing to your baby and teach them as they grow up, about being brave and loving your body, plus a host of other gorgeous songs... Basically I wis I could come!!

What a hoot of a gig, thank you SO much for making time to come down to see us again on the South Coast! Nothing beats great music and a room full of friends and other seemingly ace people dancing. I will have to rely on other people’s videos for the highly infections tunes - please share if you were also there! .george.84 😘

Two sleeps to go! I am so looking forward to the Singing Mamas Christmas party for past and present Singing Mamas Westbourne and Chichester!

We will have a VERY cute baby photograph station courtesy of the one and only Jenni .singingmamas.fareham

AND we will have a massage station for all you women and mums who deserve some attention on your shoulders that carry so much, from the wonderful Cat .uk

And of course we will sing a few songs, eat some festive food and generally be a community together. Whether you are feeling full of Christmas spirit or you find this time of year difficult, as many do, you’re invited to show up exactly as you are and find friendship, warmth, and singing.

ALSO last Friday and I had the absolute PLEASURE or reuniting with our wonderful Wemsfest Choir for Christmas singing celebration we christened (wait for it) WEMSFESTIVE!

It was so lovely to all be back together again singing since our performances of the Misa de los Mineros with and …

We herded reindeer, sang a festive song I’d written, and then Emily led us in a beautiful arrangement of a Columbian Christmas beauty of a song called Al Alba, arranged by Camilo Menjura. Plus the obligatory White Winter Hymnal of course because how could we not?! We are very lucky to call this work!

Oh, the joys of community and living near friends! Just going to get the cake from the local bakery for my Singing Mamas this morning and bump into this beaut who I’ve known since I was four! Gorgeous to see you , and to talk about the joys of cake and the existential crisis that is pre-Christmas (see second pic) all in 10 minutes 💕

What a wonderful end of term session we had today. It’s been so special singing with everyone who came to Melody Circle 🎼🪇 this term. Some will be rejoining in January and some will be sorely missed as they return to work and their babies go to nursery! We wish all our leavers the very best and hope to see you around, and all those staying Zoe and I can’t wait to sing with you next term!

I received such wonderful feedback just now in a text and it’s put a real boost in my afternoon - as if singing and community wasn’t enough of a boost!! Merry Christmas Melody Circle 🎼🪇 !!! 💕💕💕
