โ€œI cannot feel your hands leave one part of my body but notice all of a sudden that they are somewhere elseโ€

This is a comment that I receive a lot from my clients & is because my work goes beyond physical touch, I connect not only with your body but also with your energy, your aura & your heart so even though my hands may move from one part of your body to another the energy that is flowing through me never loses contact ๐Ÿ™

Another reason is that by facilitating you to become so deeply relaxed, you enter the โ€˜alpha stateโ€™ where your mind becomes still & you are in between conscious & subconscious awareness ๐Ÿชท

Beltane marks the beginning of Summer & is the time to burn away anything that is not serving you for your highest good

A little ritual I like to perform is to gather some wild flowers & foliage to make a head garland, write down anything that I want to let go of & then throw the paper onto a little fire along with some frankincense resin โ˜€๏ธ
