As a qualified aromatherapist I always custom blend but I am seeing more & more therapists offering aromatherapy massage using pre-blended oils so thought I would do a post about the differences

A CUSTOM BLEND aromatherapy treatment uses oils individually chosen and mixed after a consultation to address your specific needs & desired outcome, offering a personalized and synergistic therapeutic experience, if there is any of your blend left over then you get to take it home with you.

• Personalized: The therapist creates a unique blend of essential oils based on your consultation, needs, and preferences for that specific session.

• Synergistic: A qualified aromatherapist can combine oils to create a more powerful effect than their individual properties would suggest, a phenomenon known as synergy.
