Capaan stands for

Capaan provides social education and day
care support for adults who may have a
physical disability, developmental delay or a
learning disability. We provide a therapeutic
activity based programme and social
education with a multi-cultural approach.
We offer tailored support to those in the
community with a physical or learning
disability realise their potential and dreams
of self-sufficiency and inclusion by helping
them use their own unique skills and talents
as active members of the community.
Our dedicated, competent, caring and
well-trained staff are responsive to each
individual needs. Our support staff are there
to serve each individual person to help them
maintain their valued independence.

Capaan offers both academic and social
skills such as

Chair yoga
Music session both singing and
instruments.
Dance sessions including Aerobic and
Zumba for fitness.
Coffee mornings
Arts and design. Crafts sessions.
Travel Training.
English and numeracy sessions.
Interactive online sessions.
Social activities (Cinema, bowling,
swimming, board games, Bingo)
Gardening.
Independent living skills.
Computing.
