I was having a conversation with a family member recently, and she said something I hear all the time...
"I just need to get back on track"
And it made me realise how many people feel like healthy eating is something they fall off and have to restart again and again.
So I told her this - it's not about starting over. It's about building something that fits into your life.
Healthy eating doesn't have to mean cutting foods out or being perfect. Most of the time, it just means bringing balance back to your meals:

✅️ Carbohydrates
✅️ Fibre
✅️ Healthy fats
When you focus on balance instead of restriction, things start to feel calmer, easier, and more sustainable.
