I used to think nights like this would ruin my progress..

So I'd avoid going... or go and feel guilty the whole time.

Last weekend I went to a friend's birthday and just enjoyed it.

No overthinking. No stress.

And guess what? Nothing changed.

Because one night doesn't define your results.
