🚲 FREE Easter Holiday Cycling Sessions for Children

We’re excited to offer free cycling sessions this Easter holiday for children aged 5–12 years — a great way to build confidence, learn new skills, and have fun outdoors!

🗓️ Dates:
Wednesday, 1 April
Thursday, 2 April
Friday, 3 April
(3-day programme)

⏰ Time:
9:00am – 11:00am
(Each child will be allocated a 1-hour slot)

📍 Location:
Pymmes Park Bike Library
Sweet Briar Walk, N18 1RP, Edmonton
(Basketball court, near the tennis courts)

✅ Bikes and helmets will be provided
👉 Children are welcome to bring their own bikes if they prefer

Bugün Oakwood Park Cafe’de çok anlamlı bir buluşma gerçekleştirdik.

Kadınlar Wellbeing programı dahilinde bir araya gelip ilişkilerde bazen fark etmeden içine düşebildiğimiz narsistik dinamikleri, bu döngülerin bizi nasıl etkilediğini ve kendimizi koruyabilmek için sağlıklı sınırlar koymanın neden bu kadar önemli olduğunu konuştuk.

Tecrübeli psikolog Yasemin Hatipoğlu ile birlikte, yargısız ve güvenli bir ortamda çok samimi paylaşımlar oldu. Bazen sadece konuşabilmek, anlaşılmak ve yalnız olmadığını hissetmek bile çok şey değiştiriyor.

Katılan ve deneyimlerini paylaşan tüm kadınlara teşekkür ederiz. Bu tür buluşmalarla birbirimizi güçlendirmeye devam edeceğiz. 🌿

Join us for women-only cycling sessions at Pymmes Park every Wednesday 🌳🚴‍♀️

If you’ve never ridden a bike before, or you can ride a little but don’t feel confident yet, you’re not alone 🚴‍♀️ these sessions are ideal for you.

This is a relaxed, friendly space where you can learn at your own pace, build confidence, and enjoy cycling without pressure or judgement.
